I have several items with the same name in an access 2003 query, ie several enteries for the same company. Is it possible to group them under one heading as is possible with Crystal?

Thanks

What's an item in a query?

I have a list of companies, some of which are listed more than once. Thats what I meant by an item

I think you want to base a report on that query. Test-drive the Report Wizard.
