Is there anyway to STOP agents from answering calls using the group status button? Other than breaking their fingers?

1) Don't assign them a group status button.

2) (and this one always works) Stop paying them if they continue doing after a warning.

Open up the phone en disable the button.
Done it many time,s whit the group button on DT stations.
