Group policy not applying

I have noticed that when i create a group policy on my win2k server, then try and access that policy on my win2k3 server it doesn't show it as a valid gpo. Then when i create a policy in Win2k3 and try to open it in win2k it also says it is not a valid gpo. Has anyone else noticed or had this problem?????

Are both servers DCs?

Have you checked the event logs for replication errors?

There are no replication errors in the log. I have no clue why this problem is happining.

Did you check AD replication (directory service log) and file replication (file replication log)?

What is the exact error that you get when you try to open a GPO?
