Hi,
We have Windows 2003 servers and group policy is set to redirect user's home directory to their My documents. But I noticed that after rebooting the server, some of the users experienced that they do not get their 'My documents' redirected to home folder. Why would that work for same group of users differently??
Please help

Are there errors in event logs on either the server or workstation?

run GPRESULT in the command line to see what groups they are in. you should see your folder riderection policy in the applied section

Below is the gpresult for the user who is not able to get My documents redirected. But at the same time, on the same workstation, if another user logs in, it works fine.

Make sure the user's home folder actually exists and that the name is spelled the same as the user's name. (spelling is usually the problem)
