Group Policy Folder Redirection - Terminal Services

Hi

I have a group policy setup to rediect local my documents to the users home directory on server. The problem I am having is this policy also takes effect when users log on to terminal server. How can I stop this policy from taking effect when users log on to terminal server?

simple, create 2 OU's. One for terminal users, one for non terminal users. Drop the appropriate user in each OU. Then just apply the policy for redirection to the non terminal group.

I have some serious "users" that need the policy. No matter how many times I show them where to save files they get that glassed over look in their eye and do it wrong anyway. LOL. These persons need TS services also. What I need is a way to prohibit the policy at the server level, but good suggestion. Any Ideas? Thanks

Is the Terminal Services being used on the same Server and the Domain Controller (I am assuming that the policy is of course a domain policy). If you are using a separate PC to do all the Terminal Services then you should be able to Block Policy Inheritance for that server (Tho I think this will block a majority of policies from the Domain), or you can separatly select the Domain policies on the Domain Controller to No Override for certian policies that way all other policies will not be blocked from the Terminal Server. If it is being used on the DC then I don't see a possible way of doing this (if there is please let me know). But I hope this helps, Good Luck!
