We are using NICE Perform and whenever we do a group page the NICE system stops recording and the CLS needs to be re-started, has anyone else ran into this issue? NICE says that it has a limitation of 12 simultaneously calls be connected at the same time, but group page has a 32 member capacity, so I'm just curious if this is a flaw in the NICE design or if there is some patch that needs to be applied to fix this.
