How can I acheve the following ?

someone dial our main office number and then enter certain extension say 111. If no one picks up at 111 then after three rings it should go to 222 and so on to 333 and back to 111 again ?

Hunt groups.

111 would need to CFNA to a hunt group, which would then ring 222, 333 etc. Sounds like you want a linear hunt group.

You could eliminate the CFNA of 111 to the hunt group by dialing the hunt group DN from the AA or CCR - it would ring 111, then 222, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I am not a BCM tech but it is my responsibility. However, I figured out another way:

Telephony Services-->System DNs -->Active Set DNs-->DN 111 --> Capabilities -->FWD NO ANS TO 222

Telephony Services-->System DNs -->Active Set DNs-->DN 222 --> Capabilities -->FWD NO ANS TO 333

Telephony Services-->System DNs -->Active Set DNs-->DN 333 --> Capabilities -->FWD NO ANS TO 444

Telephony Services-->System DNs -->Active Set DNs-->DN 444 --> Capabilities -->FWD NO ANS TO 111

It is working for us.

That works as well, provided you don't ever want a call to one of those phones to forward to a mailbox.

Correct, we dont want voice mail on these extensions.
