Group Never stops

Hello,
Recently i have noticed that group with multiple cleints init, does not timeout when one of the clients failes to backup.
This is causing backup failure of entire group the next day the group needs to run, unless stopped manually, it started hapening recently.
My server is windows 2000, proliant ML-530.
Recently upgraded to 7.2.1

All groups have inactivity time enabled at 45.
All groups have Autostart and restart enabled.
