Group in AVAYA IP Office

I have a group in the IP Office, that rings in point 1, then if the call is not answered the call is send to point 2, the call is not ringing in point 2, 3, 4, just in point 1.

This was working before, but now it is not working.
Do you know if there is a known issue about this feature in IP Office?

2, 3, 4 logged out of the group, or set to DND, or an overflow group installed.

Could be many different things that causes this issue.
