Group formatting

I've got group on my report that has a number of records in it. My problem is that the groups spread themselves over pages i.e. the group header will be on the bottom of one page and the details and footer sections will be on the next. I want each group to appear on the page in full, i don't want one per page (unless it takes up an entire page).I set the keep together option but it has no effect.

You are probably using the wrong keep together setting, the one in Format - Section.

Instead, go into Report - Change Group Expert - Options (for your group) and check the "Keep Group Together" at the bottom. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
