Group Footer question ??

Hi,

This is my issue. I set-up a Group (Header & Footer) based on field. I want the Group Footer to print right after the last record in each group.

My problem is : the Group Footer displays on the next page right after the last record of the group in the previous because it couldn't fit it in. So I end up having a Group Footer in an empty page with no records. This is happening because there was not enough space in the previous page to display the Group Footer. My Group Footer is just one line , so it is not pretty long Group Footer.

Is there any way to force to display the Group Footer in the same page as the last record of the Group ?

Go to report->change group expert->options and check "Keep Group Together." That should work, but if that doesn't do it in all cases, there is also a method where you can drag the detail fields into the group footer and then suppress the last detail line in the group so that there is always at least one detail along with the group footer on a new page.
