Group does not behave like group

In addition to my earlier post it appears that the Plugin installed with AutoCAD has also done something to the GROUP command.
When trying to run the GROUP command it will prompt for selection. After selection the command line displays COMMAND, and when attempting to move the group only one item will move at a time instead of the entire group.

I would remove the new plugin but it is essential to our new Quotation system.

Correction the group command does not group the selected items

Found it just incase anyones intersted type PICKSTYLE in the command line and set the value to 1
