I have a Norstar 824DS with 5.1 Sofware

I programed a memory button on each phone(7310) in my system to ring and extension that I have programed to ring every phone in my system, after doing this I noticed it took one of my feature buttons down on the bottom of my phone where the line buttons are and change it to "Answer 21" This is a button I needed and had programed for Paging. Everyone is uses to the Page button location. I do have a button at the bottom I can give up to move this Answer for that extenstion 21. Is there any way to program another button for this feature. If so what is the Feature Code for Answering another extension? Or is there another way that I can have a button programed to ring servel phones.

Unfortunately you cannot move an answer button. It is assigned by the system when you gave them an Answer DN.

You will have to program a new paging button.

Or you could install an Auxiliary ringer and turn Aux. ringer on for ext.21. Then when 21 rings the aux. ringer will ring. Put ext21 and the others in a seperate pick up group from everyone else, then when the others hear the ringer they can hit their pick up button and grab the call.
