Group Call Forwarding

Hello.
i have a group of extentions configured as group so that all extentions can ring simultaneously.I want to configure a button on one of the extentions so as to forward a call to a single extention.

Example:
All incoming calls ring to Group 200,whose members are extentions 201 to 210.I want to configure a button on 201 so as to forward the group calls to extention 211 User211.

Can you tell me how?

I have to add that i am using a IP406v2 with 3.1.65 software and devices are 5402 and 5410 ds

Make a new group the contains the user you want to forward the calls to.

Put this group in the Out of Service field on tha main group under Fallback.

On the user 201 you put a button on his phone that does SetHuntGroupOutOfService.

Ok,thanks but what happens if i want to forward the group calls to an external number, for example a mobile number?

forward hunt group calls only works fro Hunt (linear) & rotory Groups
to forward to an external number setupo the Out of service group as above & Make sure the group type is set to hunt.

you will then be able to set forward huntgroup calls & forward unconditional to the external number
