I am setting up a group calendar in the public folder and have a question. Is there a way to put an appointment into a persons calender and foward that appointment to the group calendar in the public folder (exchange 2000 server and outlook 2000 on the client)?

Not like that, but you can 'Invite' the group calendar as well, so it will be in both.

I have tried to invite the calendar in the public folder, however I keep getting an email message back saying that 'The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to'.
I am using exchange 2000 and outlook 2003.
Can anyone help!

ngardner, please make your own threads, this confuses things

The reason I didn't make my own thread was because I was writing in response to the advice given. I have tried to 'Invite' the group calendar as you suggested however I keep getting the error message as outlined above.
Does this not work with exchange 2000?
Thanks
