Hi everybody,

I have a question. I've made in my report a crosstab which is vey large (50 columns). I want to split it by grouping records in group of 10 and printing 5 crosstabs. I can't use recordnumber to group records. It is possible in other way? Thank you for any clue.
I use this report in a Smart Report Viewer and in IE I obtain an error messsage: "Print header or footer larger than a page width (on Page Server)".It is crosstab the problem?

Groups have to be created based on something stored in the data, not something generated solely in the report (like a count or total).

This means that you probably can't do exactly equal groups. You may be able to approximate this by using a formula to create a field that groups the records.

Do you have a unique identifier in the data? Ken Hamady

Thank you, Ken
No, I haven't a unique identifier in the data.

Do you have anything that you can use to categorize these records into roughly equal groups? Tell me what fields you have and I might be able to suggest something. Ken Hamady
