I have a customer that wants to use time of day for different greetings. KSU is 4.1, Flash is a 4 port , 2.0 rls. Manual mentions the different times of day, but with no Time of day tables like there are in the Call pilots. We currently operate with greeting 1 in a nite mode.
Not sure how to proceed, so I am asking forum for help with how to do this.
Thanks in advance,

RBT

You will need to upgrade them to a a Call Pilot. The STF won't do what you want it to. It only has open and close times. CPs can be bought for very little money these days.

Not true. The Flash has the same time of day greeting table as the CP. What it does lack is TOD for CCR trees. You can have 4 different greetings in a table. Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Non-Business.

Perhaps I missed it, but I did not see any defaults for when the different Greetings would turn on and off.
I would like to avoid the 982 feature to tell it "Business Closed" to make the after hrs greeting play.
I am all ears with regards to how to do it.
Thanks,

AA > Table > TAble # > OK until you see "Morning"

ie.e Morning : play greeting 1 and Evening 2

I think this is what your looking for.... keep going OK or NEXT in the Table to see/change the when Morning, Afternoon or Evening times start and stop etc.
Sat and Sun your Evening would Start 12am and stop at 11:59pm(or 12am) so Evening plays the whole day.

It's the same as Callpilot in telset programming, they difference is you cannot play another ccr tree in the Flash

Thanks for the input. This forum is a great help to those of us that do a lot of different systems and VM's.
Have a great day,
