Hi !

i've never use ip office before and i've have a problem... stupid problem i think... sorry !

I use the action "leave a message" (voicemail pro), i don't put message...
But when i try to call i've this message 'number two zero three....' How is it possible to remove this message and place a default message for all user ?

thanks

In VM Pro use the default leave sequence short code, this will effect all users, if you want to record the greeting via a VM pro short code use the listen action on the leave sequence and select the dest as Users Mailbox.

in fact, the problem :
if i use listen action, it's not possible for the users to change their greeting message at distance (extern call).

I would like delete the default message, and the announce of the number of station... but without delete the "leave a message" action...

Is it possible ?

Thanks

if a mailbox does not have a greeting then the default system greeting is played
trying to modify the system wav files would almost cretainly result in problems elsewhere.

The greetings for each mailbox are stored in the greetings directory as username.wav, you could create a default greeting & copy it here for every mailbox, but you would need to do this whenever a new mailbox is created.

there is no reason whey someon accessing there VM remotley shoul not be able to change there greeting (dial 3 when listening to msgs)

Hi

thanks for your answer ! I thought that there was a faster solution...
Bye
