Greetings colleagues,

Has anyone had the experience of, after successfully logging into System Status, a pop-up window appears with the message "Failed to load main window" and a blank window appears under the menu bar? The firmware version was 9.1.7 but the issue remained after upgrade to 11.1.FP2.

I have not seen this issue but system status requires Java. I would try uninstalling whatever version of Java you have and try re-installing and see if it helps.

The issue, though, is the System Status works for every other client's PBX thus far save for this particular IP500v2.

Oh it only does it for a specific control unit? OK that is very strange. The only thing I can think of is a security setting issue. Could try defaulting the security settings and testing again. Not something I have ever seen though it typically is the computer/java causing the issue.
