Assuming embedded mail, do you know the passcode of the administrator mailbox?

The primary Open and closed greetings can be accessed thru the admin mailbox.
Press 4 then 1 then 1 for the open greeting
Press 4 then 1 then 2 for the closed greeting.
If you need a greeting that will replace the existing greetings only for a limited time I recommend the Temporary Greeting.
4 then 1 then 3? (i think)
you can then designate how many days the temp greeting will run until reverting back to the original greetings.
Unfortunately this all assumes that your system is using the built in autoattendant for Day / Night greetings and not one of many other configurations.
