Greeting from 3300 ICP

Hi,

I'm a beginner in Mitel solutions. I have a request from one of our clients. This is the scenario:

1. PBX is receiving an outside call.
IF business hours
2. PBX play message1.
3. PBX transfer the call to a ring group.
IF not business hours
4. PBX play message2.
5. Connection is closed by PBX.

Can someone help me solving this task?

What you could do is the following:
System in day mode incoming call to a Nametag huntgroup that is forwarded to an ACD path. play message and interflow to the Ringgroup.
System in night1 mode incoming call to a Nametag huntgroup that is forwarded to a Voice Huntgroup and in that huntgroup setup a RAD message as user. After the message is played the call will be disconnected.
