Greeting before a call?

Hello,

If I would like to play a greeting before a user pick up the call, what should I use?

e.g. People call 123 ---- > “play Greeting” ---- > 123’s Phone ringing.

For limited number of extensions a 6160 can be used to pre-process these calls. We use it for injecting "Your call may be monitored or recorded" message when processing calls for the call center.

6160 Do you mean Intelligent Queue? if yes, i have to buy Mitel Contact Center?
coz i just want to record one sentence exactly like "Your call may be recorded", but only 5 user in CS need this greeting, it maybe too powerful for my situation.
Is it have another way to do this function?

i try this way,

call 123 --> menu node mailbox play greeting ---> time out --> operator extension(124) also is cs'department

i think it is acceptable, but the greeting can it set just play one time, then timeout in half second?

You can also try this:

call 123 = RAD--> 1st Alternative to CS's department
