I have an IPO 500v2 with embedded voicemail. They are on 10.1.2. The evening after install and now about 4 months later (approx), the auto attendant greetings all became garbled. A system reset fixed it both times. Not having this trouble on any other system at this release.

No known issue seen for this on the release notes for 10.1.3

Trying to decide what to replace between the cabinet or the SD card. I lean toward replacing the cabinet since I am thinking the greetings get loaded into memory and then get corrupted over time. When the system is reset the greetings are fine so seems like the load from the card is fine.

But if anyone has experience with this issue let me know.

Only other thing I see in monitor is regarding the hold music file (90 seconds) being too big. Not sure if that would cause any kind of memory issue down the line...
138390mS PRN: Read hold music HoldMusic.wav from memory card
13:01:17 138424mS PRN: WalkToWAV - Success
13:01:22 142116mS PRN: WAVFileReader::Read:File too big
13:01:22 142154mS PRN: WAV Hold Music HoldMusic.wav Loaded, Length=720000
13:01:22 142289mS PRN: Stopped tone MOH Source 1
13:01:22 142289mS PRN: Deleted Tone MOH Source 1
13:01:22 142289mS PRN: Playing WAV file MOH Source 1
13:01:22 142289mS PRN: WAVFileReader - completed

Why don't you try and recreate the SD card first.

I believe this has fixed the issue on previous versions before.

If the hold music file is to big then correct it.
Set it to the correct size.

But I am sure if the music file is to big if wouldn't load it.
Yours seems to be loaded ok.

Do these things first

I agree with recreating the sd card first. This has fixed this type of issue in the past for me.

Thanks much. I'll try recreating. It will be a while before I know if it worked since the issue hasn't come up often. Anyone know if the greetings always play from the sd card or if they get loaded into ram in the cabinet?

Yes the moh message is strange because it is a 90 second file and does load. But I can make it 89 seconds
