Graphing scores

Hi,

I've got a spreadsheet containing 2092 values that I need to graph. i need some help creating intervals and graphing the distribution of the values.

No of values: 2092
Format: Scores out of 100
Intervals: none, just a continuous list of 2092 scores from 0 - 100 (2 dec places)

Would appreciate some help creating intervals (ie, of 5 and 10, so for 2 graphs) and summarising the distribution of the values so I can easily insert a graph.

The X Axis would have the intervals, in increments of 5 and for second one, increments of 10. The Y axis would have "Number of 'Things" "

The values change, so the graphing has to be redone...

and scores of 0-100.

Just need to easily format the distribution of the scores with counting and sub-totalling, or whatever I need to do, so I can then graph the distribution with increments of 5 and 10....it's for demonstrating normal distribution and cut-off points for lowest scores. The results change - several times daily atm ... so I've already done two graphs but had to manually count and put into a distribution table to graph

Use the COUNTIFS function. For example, for the increments of 5 you have the following commands
range 0 - 10 =COUNTIFS(Range,">=0",Range, "<=10)
Range 11 - 20 =COUNTIFS(Range,">10",Range, "<=20)

i'm just discovering this and will be exploring it much more. it does make my spreadsheet slower, but it's excellent for my task and the fact that it can be updated if the source data is changed, is so good...though a bit slow
