i built my site on a laptop. i downloaded it to my host but when i look at it on any other computer the pictures are in all the wrong places.
 
It actually might be the browser. Unfortunately, not all browsers display images as you arrange them. For example, if you use the picture properties to align text around an image, it might not show up the way you designed it in the browser. It's better use tables to control image placement instead because it stays generally consistant from browser to browser.
