Granting Default Rights to Everybody

Hi as a part of an initiative in my company to share all info. on all projects. We are trying to set a default access right of Read Only for everybody in our company. Is this posible ??? without having to add the users one by one.

Maybe this would help..
1.
Launch VSS Admin program > Tools > Options > General Tab
Check the box which says "Use network Name for automatic user log in"

2.
Next Click on the Project Security Tab
Check the "Enable Project Security" box and choose the default security / privileges u intend to provide to the users in general.
