Hey Everyone,
Im building a database that stores records, records can only be added. when they need to be edited or deleted; 2 directors must grant access to a particular user who will then go and make then nessacery changes...
I would like to log who granted the access, and what date/time they did that, also who changed the record and what date/time and also whether the record was updated or deleted...
The directors can also cancel the access to the record...

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

For the 'audit trail' (who, what, when) see faq181-291. But -ofcourse- using it would depend on your having set up all the remainder to be done via a bound form under Ms. A. Securrity.
