Grandstream WP825 won't receive calls / Can make calls

Looking for suggestions on what might be causing WP825 to not receive calls? I can see the call ringing the extension in SSA but the site is telling me that it is not ringing and they get an error on the calling digital phone.

Are there any settings on the IPO that I can check?
 
Has it ever worked?

In SSA is the phone registered, if it shows that the call rings then it is the cordless that is not doing it's job. You can of course use Monitor and have the logs of a call to see if the data exchange is correct but TBH chances that it is the IPO are minuscule.

You could try and restart the IPO then try again
if not successful reboot the cordless and try again.

I know this is an older post, but for those out there trying to figure this out.

I could not get this device to work fully, but I do have it working to point it can make and receive calls.
I am assuming you have the phone registered.


Log into the WebGui.
>>Settings >> General Settings >>NAT IP ( enter your public IP address )
>>Settings >> General Settings >>STUN Server nat-a.gdms.cloud

In order for Voicemail to work you need to do the following.
Log into he WebGui

>>Accounts >> Account 1 >> Feature Codes >> Enable Local Call Features = No
