Any Advice here what's the problem ??? is the IPO version ??

Thanks

The phone system is receiving the invite from the phone.
There's nothing in the trace after that invite.
The phone system should be responding

It's because the phone isn't registered to the IPO.

But I check either from the phone webpage and from menu found it's all configuration is done and matched on both side.
Already I follow Avaya Application notes about the same scenario with grandstream video phones

So it shows as registered in System Status?

Yes there is a 3rd party endpoint license.

In SIP settings (Grandstream)
SIP User = extension number
SIP Password = login code (not user password!)
SIP Server = IP Office IP address
SIP Proxy = IP Office IP Address
SIP Port = 5060 UDP or TCP

If the Grandstream isn't showing in SSA.
It's not registered.
Fix that first

Derflow hits the nail on its head. Did not think of that as it is sooooo obviuos.
Star from me.

Nice one derfloh
let's see if that is it

reminds me of my first SIP trunk setup where I played around so much to make it work and then forgot to enable SIP trunks. intrigrant gave me heck for it.
10 years ago almost exactly. :)

Hello ...

Thanks all ... But all you mentioned above is configured and done . But nothing change

If the SIP registrar is set, if the username password is setup correctly, if the SIP extension/user is setup then the only thing left is :upgrade to at least R9.
The monitor trace is incomplete.

Yes ... I think the problems in the IPO release.
About SysMon this is all the thing about this event captured

Thanks all ...
The problem is solved when use rls9

Thanks
