GPO make systems Slow. 1

When I enable GPO for the domain the Win2k machines hang at loading security policy or loading personal settings. The GPO is a standalone GPO and it is not very complex. Basics are in place like disable homepage and general tab in IE. There is nothing too spectacular .

Any thoughts on this.

When I had this problem it was DNS. Make sure your host/client machines can find the domain controller through DNS.
