Got SmitFraud? 1

Not sure... I had it at one point over the last day or so... Now I get a balloon in my SystemTray that says: Security Alert: Spyware found... and every hour or so I get a pop-up Explorer window... if I click on the balloon, I get a variety of Explorer windows that go to bogus virus-busting software programs...

I've tried various SmitFraud solutions to no avail... I just keep getting different variations of the same pop-up balloon.

I've tried SpyBot, AdAware, RegSupreme, TrendMicro, Symantec, etc.... and they all find "something," but nothing that fixes this problem. (This is the toughest malware I've ever seen.)

Here's a HijackThis log.... But I'm not experienced with HijackThis... Can someone please help me get straightened out?

Thank you SO much....

I think that did it... the "operative" part seemed to be Fixing the specific entries listed in HighjackThis.

I saw your detailed instructions elsewhere, and did not at first want to follow all those details... but that seemd to fix it.

Thank you!
