Got new phone number from the Provider 1

Got new external phone number (DID's) from the phone provider. How can I add them to the IP office ?

log into ipoffice, go to incoming call handling treatment, right mouse on it and select new, add area code and tel number select the incoming line group id of pri or sip trunk, then go to the destination tab and point to the extension that you want the call to go to, merge and should be all set.

got the merge button now!

once you hit the save button (floppy disk) it should pull up a merge box

Gets a bit boring after a while!!!

This site is not a replacement for a contract. If people don't have contracts, BPs don't have engineers and we don't come on here as we don't work anymore!!

On the other hand he may be here because his maintainer is not up to much.
