Go to LD 22 and type SLT at the req prompt.

when you go to load 23 you should see agents programed, agents ava as well as acd groups, sort of a mini ver of the slt response, i have seen the sch when adding a agent with maxp = to the number of programed agents in a single, the response points to new key codes but may wnat to try to up the maxp for the one group

Do I have to purchase additional licenses to increase the Max. ACD agents for our Option 81c?

yes your out of agents, you might want to check if all built agents are used, ld 117 inv generate sets,, then when it completes inv prt sets,, any sets that are unav can be outed.. otherwise, break out the check book, you'll more then likely need an upgrade to buy new lic. i don't think nortel is selling keycodes to anything older then rls 3

Yep, and on large systems in LD 143 you can type HELP to see the available commands and their parameters.
