Got an #ERR while drilling down ..help !!!

I have a cube that uses two time dimensions, 'Time' and 'Customer Type' and a measure
After finished the cube processing, when i browse data for the first time ,it showed me all year's values and the data looks good, but when i drill down in the Time dimension (Year --> Quarter --> Month) all cells got "#ERR"...
and i can't find out what is not working .. the cube seems to be alright.
Anyboy knows why this is not working?
I'll appreciate your help.

I'm using MS Olap Services , MS SQL 7.0, i'm browsing the cube from : the 'Edit Cube data window , option Preview Cube data' and i imported the cube from an excel sheet too.
Both ways got error,in the 'Edit Cube data window , option Preview Cube data' got the ' "#ERR"' and from the excel got a pop up window with the legend 'Can't get from null cell value' ...

i had an error when i typed the problem, it says "I have a cube that uses two time dimensions ... " but i just has one time dimension, the other is a 'Customer Type' (Business or Home Customer)..
and the measure (didn't mention it)..is quantity of customer..
the cube i want to show is about to show the
quantity of customers through time and filtered by type of customers.
