Google results, sub-items

Hi,

Does any one know how to get Google to show sub section items in search results:

Home Page - Somesite
Description of the site....
somesite.com - 42k - 16 Jul 2007 - Cached - Similar pages
Products - somesite.com/products
Services - somesite.com/services
About Us - somesite.com/aboutus
Forum - somesite.com/forum

I have looked around their site to find info on this, but can't seem to find anything. Well, the only thing I did find was the 'Sitemap' feature, which from what I could see is only to give Google-Bot the frequency of which sections change in content.

Any help would be great,
