Good simple Proxy

Hi,
I am looking for a good proxy software (or appliance) for an MS network. We are running NT4, probably soon to upgrade to 2000, with mostly 98 and XP clients. I am looking for something that will restrict most users to a whitelist, with the ability to allow selected users to bypass most if not all proxy restrictions.

We had WinProxy by Ositis, but their product and support team blow...

Any suggestions?? Trying to keep things simple and relatively inexpensive. Only looking at 35 or so clients with a primary NT4 Backbone server. No internal mail or intranet issues, no web hosting issues. Just basically trying to restrict access by certain users to certain internet useage, and block internet streaming etc.

Try Fortech's Proxy Plus. Easy to setup & administer, lots of customization options

Can't get to their homepage. I found a few sites with info on them, but I just can't get to thier home page. It seems to be a toss up between proxyplus.net and proxyplus.cz

I have been using their software for a number of months with now problems. Even free up to 5 clients. Support is good and very reasonably priced too.
