Good news, on Rls5.0 new command updated ,can change phone type on LD11.

type: 3902 change to 3904
...

It looks to me like the change type command only applies to IP phones.

I think mancy means that there is now the possibility to change a 2616 to 3904 for example using overlay command instead of rebuild all the set configuration.

The 2nd great news for the user is Context sensitive keys on IP phones.

yes, i mean change phone type for ip type only; not supported for Mxxx series.
