Good morning. I need Ext. 21 to ring to all other sets in shop if call is not answered after the first ring. Can someone point me in the right programming direction please

You could assign an answer dn for ext 21 on all the other sets. I can't remember if there is a 1 ring delay or not, it's been a while.
