Hello all, I'm looking for good ecommerce software that works fully with my own design frontend. I've been checking out alot of software, but they want you to use their frontend templates. Any ideas or links, thank so much.

You might take a look at It is a free open source ecommerce package. You do have to but their upgrades if you want more functionality than what you get with the free version and can't write your own. I have used the basic version with great success. You can use their template, make your own, download free templates or buy them.

Another that I have looked at but not used is OneWorld Store.
A friend of mine in the biz also looked at it and was going to use it the next time he needed an ecommerce solution.

We've used OSCommerce before. It's an open source cart with a lot of good features. Good community support as well. Written in php and MySQL. Does take some setup and can be a pain configuring. Definitely worth looking at though.
