Any suggestions for a good call center phone? We recently switched to 6416d+ with the dedicated headset jack, but there are issues with the volume on the headsets. From what I can tell from other threads there is no adjustments that can be made.
Looking to see what models others may be using in a somewhat noisy environment.

Thanks

Our call center has used 6416D+M and the plantronics HN-xxxx series headsets. There has been no complaints about the quality or volume. As time goes by, some headsets need to be replaced. But generally, great setup... We have a few agents that have had to add M12 amps to offset aging #-)...

SloTCMS30 - did you put the amp between the headset and the dedicated headset port on the phone ?

Yes, it is still in the headset jack. We also had to change out the HIC cable...

B-) Just had a new request to add an amp... Tough getting older...
