The End of Sale Notice from Avaya says that much of the popular Partner ACS hardware will be available up until November 8, 2010. The 18D telephone will still be available after November 8th.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

I like Partner myself I do a lot of overhauls of existing systems and retraining of exisitng sytems many brands and I have found that no matter what system is installed top of the line training or retraining of my customers with proper documentation and some hand holding for the un easy users has always been the best way to make customers happy no matter what system they use.

I find that many installers and vendors just throw a booklet at the customer and say "here this is the instructions on how to use your phone". and that is the end of that, frustrated and unhappy customer who now says their phone system is a piece of junk when in fact they were never properly trained on the features and use of their systems.
