Hi All,

We are running GoldMine synchronsiation on a Windows 2000 machine. GoldMine database files are on a Novell server and our users sync via the internet. We seem to have a problem with GoldSync repeated shuting down throughout the day, and it has to be manually restarted. Has anyone experienced this before, or are aware of any problems that may occur with our setup? Any help or advice would be useful.

Did you find any solution to this? I am experiencing the same problem and need a fix asap. Or, at least did you figure out a work around?

Hi

Our solution was to install Novell Client on the 2000 machine, rather than just rely on the Microsoft for Networks client.

This solved the problem of Goldsync closing down, however Goldmine does not support Goldsync running a Novell Client (we think), but it has been pretty stable for a couple of months now.
