Hi,

I have just revived some handset connection points on this system, which were configured for no external line access.

By using the programming sequence :-

*7764

Recall

62 (Programme code initialise all stations)

hands free

...........

Now I have outside line access from these points, but I have lost the incoming ring tone from all stations except station 100.

I can see the program code 30 (incoming line attributes) and have tried using it, assigned a handset range, but can't get beyond it simply lighting up the 3 external line lights, and do not seem to be able to get any further, to change anything.

I have the handset booklet, and a list of programming codes, but seem to be missing any further information if the programming readout menu doesn't give a further clue of what is desired.

Does anyone have a copy of the actual programming manual, or know what further buttons are required in these sequences.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Dave

Hi Dave

Recall 30 is where you tell the system what type of lines they are.

Recall 40 is where is tell each phone what button you want to use for which line and whether it needs to ring or not.

Recall 40
Flex Key 11
Flex Key 8
Then its BBLLR BB=Button(01 or 02 or 03 etc) LL=Line Number(01 or 02 etc) R=Ring or not(0-No,1-Day,2-Night,3-Day/Night)

So,
Recall 40
Flex Key 11
Flex Key 8
01013
Hold (I think!)

This will make line 1 appear on Flex Button 1 and ring Day and Night.

If you put your email in this format I will send you the manual example: johndoe at outlook dot com

Not the best manual to understand to be honest.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

Eats, thanks so much!

What I was missing among a load of notes was "hold" :-

So,
Recall 40
handset range xxxxxx
Flex Key 11
Flex Key 8
01013
Hold
handsfree

We now have more bells ringing in the warehouse than VE Day!

Again, thank you, very much appreciated.

If you can send a copy of program manual it would be great
