Goldmine V.6 Duplicate emails

Hi,

Can anyone please inform me a *simple* way to remove or even just find duplicate emails from goldmine.

Does an easy extra download tool exists anywhere that just does a seach? I have tried the merge tool but it crashed my machine everytime i try?

I am not a technical person (even it says the term Tech-User next to my ID ... Amateur wasn`t an option during the registration somehow) and would really appriciate some help with this?

first need to know is your gm dbase or sql? do you have people whom sync?
and what do you mean by email? email addresses or emails themselves?
