Have a site with ACS Rel 6 along with Partner Messaging Rel 6. Would like to have receptionist at Ext 10 use Goldmine or some other application to access client info for contact logging. Caller ID is working fine. Company LAN does not have Exchange Server. What's the quickest/cheapest way to make this happen at Ext 10??? Thank you guys for all the great answers you provide in this forum. Can't get this kind of help from Avaya.
