I may have bitten off more than I can chew and need some assistance.

I have a client running IPO Essential 9.0.0.0 Build 982 with 9650c's.
He is also using Goldmine Premium Edition 9.2.1.92

[li]Im looking for a solution to allow the customer to have the Goldmine screen pop or open the client's info page that is associated with the incoming number.
Also dial out from the client list in the Goldmine.[/li]

I was also given TapiQ4Maint2012.exe Im not even sure what it does.

Could you explain this like Im 5.
What (if any) additional software is needed like DevConnect or Avaya IP Office TAPI Lite.
How do we go about the Installation and Testing of link.
Avaya CTI License?
