Goldmine 8.5.2.8 - Office 2010 plugin/addin

We have Goldmine 8.5.2.8 and Office 2010 for Home and Business. I'm trying to install the Goldmine Plus for Microsoft Outlook but it gives me the following error message. One user in our office has the plugin but I'm not sure how it got installed. any ideas?

Aside from the whole, 2010 office not being supported. Are you sure office is installed as 32-bit and not the 64-bit version?

Lots of ideas. Upgrade past 8.5.2.8 to a version when office 2010 was certified. 8.5.2.8 didn't even know anything about office 2010.
