Goldmine 6.5 Install for Citrix on 2003 Server doesnt open

Greetings!

We have isntalled GM 6.5 BCM on a Windows 2003 server for use with Citrix. The workstaion installation was completed without any problems, but when we try and open the program (on the server itself), it doesnt do anything. No process shows or anything. We have checked the firewall logs and nothing appears to be blocked that we may need to be open for this to run. The exe file points back to the Goldmine server as it should as well. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

are there already GMW6.exe instances running if you check the task list? This can happen sometimes if a user is used to double-clicking and sits at a machine with the windows option for single-clicking desktop icons turned on. If you get too many GoldMine's attempting to start too quickly, you can end up with them all effectively blocked..

No this is the problem. No instance of Goldmine is starting at all. Is it possible that we are missing something with the firewall? What ports need to be open for Goldmine to run?
