goldmine 5.x, print a contact list

I am trying to print or export a contact list (company name & contact name) for specific groups I have filtered.
Does anyone know how this would be done?

Yes if your looking for a simple report activate your group and then use the phone book report. Works very well.

When I click on Phone book (in report description), the "filter or group" is greyed out. I need to run this by filter or I'll have over 7,000 entries printing!

The only way it wouldnt come up grey is if you havent activated the filter.
