Gold Key in SMS2 Sp2 Remote Control

The Gold Key to send a CTRL-ALT-DEL to the clients computer does nothing, after looking at the microsoft artical it said that this is a known fault and a simple reset would fix the problem. Unfortunately this was not the case, and the problem still persists.

Please Help.

We have been able to fix this problem simply by either uninstalling and reinstalling the client or by reinstalling the default mouse, keyboard, and video drivers.
